Hopscotch Adoptions questionable ethics under scrutiny in Serbia #RobinSizemore #BennetKelley

If you think Armenians are brutal, these Serbs are after blood
They have a facebook page with about 1,000 in it and they are associating Robin with a corrupt ministry person and a horrible child sex traffic ring in Serbia. IEqually difficult for Robin is they are represented by a Serbian - Armenian attorney.    I am told they will be looking at her in Republic of Georgia which has close contact with Armenia.
Lets see if Robin bribes her way out of this issue, or attacks people with paid for legal harassment or some other low class white trash ways.   The adoptions in transient in Armenia are ON HOLD

Between 2015 and 2018, Hopscotch Adoptions assisted ten Serbian children into their permanent families.  At the beginning of 2019, eleven families were in various stages of the process, adopting a total of thirteen formerly waiting children.

Armenia's National Security Service investigates illegal Armenian International Adoptions #RobinSizemore #HopscotchAdoptions #BennetKelleyHumanTrafficking

In this newscast in Armenia it talks about the extensive investigation that may be expanded to include more years - possibly as far back as when Robin Sizemore went out on her own with Hopscotch Adoptions after she was terminated from North Carolina Adoption Services.

At 2:09 they flash Hopscotch Adoptions dossier, and other items pertaining to the in country fraud that I am sure Robin will plead ignorance on that she knew nothing about it.   While things are starting to stink up in Serbia.   Robin you and Bennet Kelley deserve every bit of this.  Don't even think of sending Bennet Kelley to Armenia to defend you, he will never make it out alive ...if you do don't bother getting him a ticket home.

YEREVAN—Armenia’s top intelligence agency—the National Security Service (NSS)—has launched a criminal investigation into reports of illegal international adoptions which allegedly took place between 2016 and 2018.
An NSS press release dated November 14 reveals that “two Armenian citizens used their connections at several government maternity hospitals and orphanages to organize the adoption of at least 30 infants” by families in Italy as well as the United States in what constitutes “a gross violation of Armenian law.”
This revelation, though shocking, was short on details, leading to the spread of macabre rumors concerning organ harvesting. Taking questions from journalists, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan commented on these concerns. “No word at the moment on any organ trafficking, but we will keep you updated,” he replied.
Armenia, along with other former Soviet states, has seen an increase in international adoptions following the breakup of the Soviet Union. Russia was once the second largest source of international adoptions until the practice was banned in 2012, though Ukraine still ranks in the top five. Most of these children have been adopted by families in the West with the United States, Spain, France, Italy, Canada,  Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Australia being the most common destinations. Evangelical Christians, in particular, have been known to adopt children with disabilities or girls from countries where these traits would otherwise cause social exclusion. Unsurprisingly this demand has unwittingly propelled a sort of black market for orphans in their countries of origin.
Armenia’s orphanages—both State and privately run—have been surrounded by controversy for decades. A Soviet legacy, these often under-funded, under-staffed and under-regulated facilities have been criticized for providing inadequate nurture and care necessary for children’s intellectual, emotional and physical development. Many such institutions have been recipients of generous endowments from well-meaning donors in the Diaspora, hoping to alleviate the conditions for care. According to a sobering Human Rights Watch (HRW) report, however, this financial assistance had the opposite effect.
The practice of pegging the level of state funding to the number of children in these institutions combined with assistance from the Diaspora creates a financial incentive to take in more children than these facilities can handle. Funding which would otherwise be better utilized to help provide care for vulnerable children at home has instead encouraged families to institutionalize them. UNICEF estimates that 90 percent of the 3,500 children registered to various care facilities in Armenia have at least one living parent, while 670 of them live with some form of disability. Twenty schools across the country provide special needs education, though only 18 percent of those enrolled actually live with special needs.
Several of these care facilities have also been at the center of abuse and corruption scandals in recent years, at least one of which involved a former deputy labor and social affairs minister. In response, previous governments have pledged to reform the country’s discriminatory educational and care practices towards vulnerable children with or without disabilities. Despite some genuine efforts, key legislation, including much-needed amendments to the Child Code, remain in bureaucratic limbo.
The Human Rights Watch has repeatedly called for the closure of these child-care facilities. “The government and donors instead should help families to care for their children by moving services out of institutions and into communities where families can access them,” says Jane Buchanan, HRW’s Deputy Director for Disability Rights. “It’s economically more efficient. But more importantly, it protects children from the harms of institutionalization.”
These recent developments have led to considerable debate among charitable organizations both in the Diaspora and Armenia on the merits of orphanages as an effective method to care for vulnerable children. Other alternatives such as foster care, international adoptions and financial assistance for families have been suggested. However, these options have been criticized in turn for having flaws of their own.
This latest investigation into the alleged international adoption racket follows in the wake of a directive from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to temporarily halt all international adoptions back in September. Labor Minister Zaruhi Batoyan, herself a long-time disabilities and human rights activist (and Armenia’s first cabinet minister with a disability), raised the alarm after uncovering discrepancies in the official figures reported by adoption agencies.
Health Minister Arsen Torosyan also weighed in on the scandal. “Any medical facility or healthcare provider which has, or continues to be involved in this racket will be prosecuted with the full force of the law,” he wrote on his social media profile.
Earlier this month, the Armenian government, at Minister Batoyan’s insistence, moved to close four boarding schools and one orphanage in Gyumri, Byureghavan, Vanadzor and Dilijan. (The Byureghavan boarding school gained notoriety in 2015 when its director was charged for embezzlement as well as child abuse). Batoyan rationalized the decision as necessary to “ensure the rights of children to family life” but noted that the move won’t absolve the government from its responsibility to provide financial and institutional support to vulnerable children. “We are aware that this is a complicated process, but the fact remains that there is no alternative,” she added.
This month, the government is also considering a bill to the tune of 1.9 billion AMD (4 million USD), which would provide housing assistance, vocational training, as well as access to continued psychological support to help orphanage alumni integrate into society, a task which has hitherto fallen on the shoulders of non-profit groups.

Numerous cases of illegal adoptions in Armenia to be investigated #BennetKelley #RobinSizemore #HopscotchAdoptions

Thank GOD finally, this has been going on since 1999 and was at its worse between 2003 to 2011 with the last adoption of a healthy baby to odar Beth Weinstein Shepherd a Robin Sizemore client who spent countless years, hours and trips to Armenia to purchase a baby.

I strongly encourage Armen and the Security Council to go back to 2006 when Robin Sizemore started Hopscotch Adoptions she was pouring cash into Armenia, this was before the Hague Convention was signed.  This cash was in the form of bribes to La La , Orphanage workers and her in country facilitator Eduard Amalyan who has never paid taxes and has made lots of cash from Ms. Sizemore.

In 2009, Robin Sizemore tried to hire a corrupt attorney who tried to sue me for speaking the truth as all people in country were talking ...However she targeted me because I lived in America and had assets.  Luckily my insurance company paid for my legal fees at the very end (first 16 months I represented myself) Bennet Kelly is unethical and filed legal harassment against me and has since gotten himself in trouble harassing other people ...especially women.   Bennet Kelley could not win a case against me so he had to harass my family and try to file fake restraining orders against me.

He humorously makes up victory stories that he won some sort of judgement, he won nothing except the right to go away.  The biggest Loser is Robin Sizmore paying over $200,000 in legal fees over a span of 3 years.   You get what you deserve for paying to harass me to a mad man that had you convinced he was actually a good attorney, always filling out fake paperwork but never showing the results of his filings ...all set aside nothing there, except Bennet Kelley's lousy blog trying to make me look bad.   I am a patient person and soon it will all be out in the open

Alas it speaks for itself in 10 years 88% drop in Adoptions and no more bribing medical doctors that identified the babies before they were born or labeling children as special needs.   However Robin increased her niche countries to Morocco (conduct Kafala adoptions for non Muslim parents- DISGUSTING) Bulgaria, Serbia, Ghana .  Of late Serbia officials have gotten a hold of me and seems Ms. Sizemore has some issues in Serbia .

Cannot imagine the bio mothers coming forward about their children taken from them because they were poor, or the children adopted to odar families robbed of their identity and ancient culture.  Robin didn't give a shit.   Last year barely 4,600 adoptions from overseas- Armenian adoptions were mainly very sick children (or so the records say) with Robin Sizemore HOPSCOTCH ADOPTIONS STILL GETTING top dollar, however Robin lowered her fees .

JUSTICE IS SERVED, as well as the wayward attorney with corruption etched in his file now has lymphoma and deserves only our pity for his part in enabling his baby selling client a real nasty individual .

Armenian authorities say they have launched a criminal investigation into "numerous" cases of foreigners illegally adopting Armenian children.

"Two citizens of Armenia have used their contacts at one of the local maternity hospitals and at several agencies and orphanages to organize the adoption of more than 30 babies by citizens of Italy with gross violations of Armenian laws," the National Security Service (NSS) said in a statement on November 14.

The statement said the illegal adoptions took place from 2016 to 2018, but it did not provide any information about the current status of the babies.

During that period a total of 54 children were officially adopted in Armenia by foreigners and were taken abroad.

Most of the cases involved citizens of Italy and the United States.

The scarcity of information released by the Armenian government agencies has fueled speculation that the case could involve the sale of organs.

"There is no word about any sale of organs at this time. If there is any additional information in this regard it will be reported," Security Council Secretary Armen Grigorian said.

Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosian also reacted to the NSS's statement, saying that "any medical institution or health care provider that has been or will continue to be involved in such illegal schemes must be held accountable by the full force of the law."

Armenian American Orphans Fund - Armenian Community's only recognized orphan relief organization

GLENDALE – The Armenian American Orphans and Disabled Children’s Fund raised over $200 thousand dollars for dilapidated schools and orphanages in Armenia and Artsakh during their annual telethon on September 8, under the charismatic and unwavering leadership of President Ovanes Balayan.
Since its inception 20 years ago, the non-profit organization, founded by philanthropist Balayan has raised millions of dollars in renovation and restoration projects helping over 220 thousand children in need.
Over 10 facilities have been renovated some of which include orphanages and boarding schools in the Dalarik and Kharberd region, The School of Visually Impaired Children and Seven Angels Kindergarten in Gyumri, which was re-named to honor the 7 members of the Avetisyan family who were viciously murdered by a Russian soldier in Gyumri.
In 2017, Balayan raised over $200,000 to convert a facility in Spitak into a kindergarden, recreation center and gymnasium. “It is my life’s mission to make sure that orphaned and disabled children living in poor conditions receive everything that they need in order to be comfortable, happy and taken care of,” said Balayan. “It is our duty to make sure that the future generation of Armenians receive the level of care they deserve so that they may be productive citizens of Armenia and Artsakh.”

Joining Balayan was Glendale City Council Member Vartan Gharpetian who urged viewers to participate in the telethon, emphasizing the need to help children who are disadvantaged economically and physically. “I am very proud to be doing my part for this fund, which helps neglected children who deserve much better living conditions, to succeed,” said Gharpetian. “I applaud Mr. Balayan for his continuous and unrelenting dedication to this worthy cause. He is a great example of an exceptional human being who goes above and beyond to put a smile on the faces of disadvantaged and innocent children in need.”

Balayan stated that he personally surveys the schools and facilities being renovated to ensure a transparent process for the duration of the projects. He added that although the telethon has ended, the organization accepts donations year-round. For more information, please visit www.forourkids99.com

Armenian Government liquidates 1 orphanage and 3 boarding schools #ArmenianAdoptions #BennetKelley #RobinSizemore #Serbia

Biggest clown corrupt attorney in the West Coast, who
endorses human trafficking of Armenian Children by his piggy bank
Ms. Robin Sizemore,  Bennet Kelley will do anything for a buck including
filing false documents and fake restraining orders.  Robin has Bennet Kelley
To thank for destroying her opportunity to sell more Armenian kids freely or
get her ugly white trash hands on healthy kids.  No more kids for you Robin Sizemore

BRAVO

We will provide for our kids and not put them into orphanages and boarding schools so child traffickers like Robin Sizemore of Hopscotch Adoptions can sell them to anyone she wishes.

Was contracted by a group in Serbia regarding child smuggling, seems little ms. white trash is under investigation., this human rights group has an Armenian Serbian attorney he is out for justice.
Keeping bad company with horrible known child sellers.

YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia made a decision today to liquidate a number of boarding schools and an orphanage. In particular, the Dilijan boarding school, the Byureghavan boarding school, the Gyumri boarding school No. 1, the Gyumri Fridtjof Nansen boarding school, and the Vanadzor orphanage.
The question was presented by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Zaruhi Batoyan. But before presenting it, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that the first part of the question was written in the logic of “fake news.” "Today there will be a lot of uproar again that the Armenian government is closing the orphanages and boarding schools," he said.
Batoyan noted that this is done to organize further care for children in need of care in a near-family environment. It is stipulated that NGOs will provide alternative care to children in difficult situations.
