I strongly encourage Armen and the Security Council to go back to 2006 when Robin Sizemore started Hopscotch Adoptions she was pouring cash into Armenia, this was before the Hague Convention was signed. This cash was in the form of bribes to La La , Orphanage workers and her in country facilitator Eduard Amalyan who has never paid taxes and has made lots of cash from Ms. Sizemore.
In 2009, Robin Sizemore tried to hire a corrupt attorney who tried to sue me for speaking the truth as all people in country were talking ...However she targeted me because I lived in America and had assets. Luckily my insurance company paid for my legal fees at the very end (first 16 months I represented myself) Bennet Kelly is unethical and filed legal harassment against me and has since gotten himself in trouble harassing other people ...especially women. Bennet Kelley could not win a case against me so he had to harass my family and try to file fake restraining orders against me.
He humorously makes up victory stories that he won some sort of judgement, he won nothing except the right to go away. The biggest Loser is Robin Sizmore paying over $200,000 in legal fees over a span of 3 years. You get what you deserve for paying to harass me to a mad man that had you convinced he was actually a good attorney, always filling out fake paperwork but never showing the results of his filings ...all set aside nothing there, except Bennet Kelley's lousy blog trying to make me look bad. I am a patient person and soon it will all be out in the open
Alas it speaks for itself in 10 years 88% drop in Adoptions and no more bribing medical doctors that identified the babies before they were born or labeling children as special needs. However Robin increased her niche countries to Morocco (conduct Kafala adoptions for non Muslim parents- DISGUSTING) Bulgaria, Serbia, Ghana . Of late Serbia officials have gotten a hold of me and seems Ms. Sizemore has some issues in Serbia .
Cannot imagine the bio mothers coming forward about their children taken from them because they were poor, or the children adopted to odar families robbed of their identity and ancient culture. Robin didn't give a shit. Last year barely 4,600 adoptions from overseas- Armenian adoptions were mainly very sick children (or so the records say) with Robin Sizemore HOPSCOTCH ADOPTIONS STILL GETTING top dollar, however Robin lowered her fees .
JUSTICE IS SERVED, as well as the wayward attorney with corruption etched in his file now has lymphoma and deserves only our pity for his part in enabling his baby selling client a real nasty individual .

Armenian authorities say they have launched a criminal investigation into "numerous" cases of foreigners illegally adopting Armenian children.
"Two citizens of Armenia have used their contacts at one of the local maternity hospitals and at several agencies and orphanages to organize the adoption of more than 30 babies by citizens of Italy with gross violations of Armenian laws," the National Security Service (NSS) said in a statement on November 14.
The statement said the illegal adoptions took place from 2016 to 2018, but it did not provide any information about the current status of the babies.
During that period a total of 54 children were officially adopted in Armenia by foreigners and were taken abroad.
Most of the cases involved citizens of Italy and the United States.
The scarcity of information released by the Armenian government agencies has fueled speculation that the case could involve the sale of organs.
"There is no word about any sale of organs at this time. If there is any additional information in this regard it will be reported," Security Council Secretary Armen Grigorian said.
Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosian also reacted to the NSS's statement, saying that "any medical institution or health care provider that has been or will continue to be involved in such illegal schemes must be held accountable by the full force of the law."
